In this workshop, you'll learn about essential tools and strategies that can help your course materials look their best. You'll also learn why aesthetics matter when designing course content, and you'll walk away with strategies and resources you can use immediately to create more beautiful, usable learning experiences. By the end of the workshop, you’ll be able to:

  • Use key design principles to create syllabi and emails that students will actually read.
  • Apply color and typography tips that will make your instructional materials a joy to behold.
  • Identify common visual design mistakes instructors make when creating PowerPoint presentations.
